Apologies for delayed response. Just to say we had a fabulous trip all went really well and the weather was amazing so we did lots of walking and saw all the top sights plus went to some great bars and restaurants as well as a great play. We did a bike tour in Central Park where there the sun shone and there were people rowing on the lake – so fab.
Thanks again for all your help

Hi Anthony, Our room, or should I say Beach Pavilion, is stunning. The location is beautiful and Business Class Emirates is so much better than BA.
Thank you for organising another fabulous holiday.
Best Wishes,
Mr and Mrs H
What a wonderful holiday. I can’t thank you enough for organising such a brilliant trip. It was so special in so many ways, I loved it so much.
For me, the four seasons explorer was perfect. It was active enough that they fitted in 3 dives a day. I made very good friends here. The marine biologist on board was perfect for someone like me. If you have any guests not wanting to dive, they are well catered for too – with relaxing, massage, or snorkelling, although there was no top deck. The standard of the cabins was exceptional. I will probably ask you in future about going back there – felt so so happy there.
The transfers from airport have been great, and kuda huraa is a welcome stop off point with use of a day room which is good after a long flight. As a note for diving, you cannot dive in the Maldives after 12 hours flying, or 24 hours before flying (even sea plane). This limited me on missing the first and last dive – for the first it wasn’t a problem but perhaps a later flight after the explorer would have been better.
Niyama is a wonderful island. The staff are great. For this, if people are going as a group/couple there certainly is lots to do: it has a feel of an activities Island rather than remote and isolated. The many restaurants are perfect for couples and my guide booked a variety for me in advance. For me, i mainly relaxed.
The food at all stages has been wonderful. The timing of the last day’s sea plane flight is perfect for allowing a full day.
I couldn’t really fault this, and found it very, very hard to leave.
Dear June
Once again, a huge thank you for sorting our trip to Vietnam, Lao and Cambodia. We had a wonderful time.

My husband and I have always booked our holidays online. Not anymore. Wow Anthony at Symphony World Travel offered a superb service and took all the stress out of choosing from the many tour companies and locations available.
We gave Anthony our ideas and budgets for our perfect holiday and he in return presented us with several options but more importantly his vast knowledge of the different resorts.
Once we had decided on our perfect destination it was a stress free run up to our week in the sun. Anthony booked our seats on the plane and also sorted the airport parking. Two weeks before the trip we received our tickets and boarding passes all checked in. All we had to do was turn up at the airport!! Included in our package with Classic Collection Holidays was private transport to our hotel which was a taxi just for us to and from the airport. Perfect. The holiday rep was lovely too. The hotel itself was amazing. Fabulous facilities and fantastic food, drink and entertainment night and day. All inclusive was definitely the way to go!!!!
All in all we would definitely recommend Symphony to our family and friends and will be back to see them for our next holiday.
Thank you Anthony and the Symphony World Travel family.

Hi Sherrie
Just to reiterate our thanks for organising such a wonderful holiday to Thailand.
We would also like to extend our thanks to Asia World, who could not have impressed us more with their knowledge, prompt efficiency and genuine care. Our guides Peter and Ken (in particular) went to great lengths to show us so many (too many to list) aspects of their city of Bangkok which we would otherwise not have seen or known about.
The Lebua Hotel was fantastic, the apartment was huge and the restaurant setting quite incredible (although a little pricey)and was within walking distance of the sky train.
Elephants Hills was an experience the whole family will treasure and will hold a soft spot in our hearts forever. Its outstanding beauty, tranquility and the ability to see animals in their natural habitat would have been a joy in itself but the contact with the elephants so gentle and full of character and charm outshone everything else.
The food, accommodation and the fun and welcoming staff were faultless. Our guide was Banana and again our thanks go to her.
In Koh Samui the Melati resort was a little slice of paradise made all the more special by the smiley, friendly and gracious staff, some of whom our children remain in contact with on facebook. With the weather proving a little unpredictable at times the hotel was well prepared and quick to respond to ensure all events could carry on where possible and we were thoroughly spoiled by their attention.
We all long to return to Thailand in the not too distant future and see more of this amazing country and its gracious people.
Please pass on our gratitude to all relevant parties and thanks once again

Dear Sarah
I hope you had a great family holiday and that you’ve returned all rested.
I know you know I certainly don’t need to tell you but this place you recommended is totally AWESOME! Your organization of our transfers was completely seamless – even down to our cases being whisked away from us at the port and put into a holding area so that we didn’t have to lug them up and down the steps to the seating area.
Christian was here to greet us and made us feel like we were his only guests. Room is awesome, milk ready for us and oh so many small touches which all go towards making a holiday truly fabulous.
The service is impeccable with enough humour and teasing to make guests feel so very at ease. And, of course, totally professional in all dealings.
I’d never have chosen this place (nor indeed actually thought about it) without your invaluable expertise and recommendation so from two extremely overwhelmed clients
❤️❤️❤️THANKYOU❤️❤️❤️

“Peggy and I wish to place on record our thanks for the arrangements you made for our trip across Canada. The arrangements all went like clockwork and we would have no hesitation recommending Canada as a holiday destination as well as yourselves for your advice and expertise.
There were so many highlights on the trip it’s hard to single out any single top attraction. The hotels were all of top quality as was the Rocky Mountaineer tour. Above all, we were able to travel with confidence in the preparations you had made thus combining a truly memorable holiday with peace of mind.
Thanks again. Mr and Mrs V”

A big thank you from the whole family for arranging an incredible and most memorable holiday for us. We had the most wonderful time.”

“Thank you Jan for the excellent service that we received from you and the staff at Symphony World Travel, Fetcham branch, in organising our recent holiday to Stresa, Lake Maggiore. Everything worked like clockwork, even British Airways worked without a hitch – did you have a word with them as well?!.
We were collected at Milan Linate airport in a private car and whisked to the La Palma hotel, where a room with a balcony awaited us, right on the Lakefront, with a stunning view over the lake. The Hotel was only about five minutes walk to the centre of Stresa, where there were plenty of restaurants and ice cream shops (very important in Italy). The day after our arrival you had organised for us a visit to Milan to see the world famous 600 year old “Last Supper”, by Leonardo da Vinci. We had travel to Milan in reserved seats in first class. Once in Milan there was no problem getting a taxi to Santa Maria della Grazia where “the Last Supper” is situated. Return from Milan was also in reserved first class seats.
At the end of the holiday, we were again transported in a private limousine back to Milan Linate airport.
Theres was plenty to do in Stresa, including ferry trips to the three main islands – Isola Bella, Isola Madre and Isola dei Pescatori, as well as much shopping!
Thank you for a superbly efficiently organised holiday”

Hi Sherrie,
Just to let you know that we are having a wonderful time here in Greece. All logistics went to plan and the villa is lovely. Weather a warm 31 – 35C and we’ve lots of activities planned in between lengthy periods in the pool!
Thanks for organising everything for us – it is a lovely remember of why we’re glad to be back with Symphony World Travel!
Best regards
Conor
Hi Sao
We had a lovely time thank you. The Resort and staff are amazing . We will definitely be going back. Thank you for organising the trip for us
Geoff
Hi sim
How are you?
So sorry for not getting back to you earlier. The holiday was great thank you. Mauritius was amazing as was the hotel. Our interconnecting rooms was just perfect for our family needs. Very nicely done, beds v comfortable, lovely showers, very clean etc etc.
The hotel staff were brilliant too. Very polite, informative and friendly. The grounds and gardens are lovely and the pool a great size.
The section of beach was lovely. There were the odd local selling goods but they certainly were not annoying whatsoever.
In fact one of the locals called Belinda was offering boat trips and many guests went on them so we decided to. A fab day out. Seeing waterfalls, monkeys (feeding them bananas), snorkelling and deserted islands etc etc and a delicious lunch of lobster etc etc. The trip was on a speedboat and just us for the day. Highly recommend it. £330 while the rep wanted £900 for the same trip!!’
The food in the hotel was delicious. Every evening a different theme in the buffet which was where we tended to eat each evening. The entertainment was quite good too. By 10pm the resort seemed to come to a close which was great as we all went off to bed together and rose earlier in your mornings which was the best time of the day. We did have to get up and get sun beds but not too early, 7.45ish.
Other great features:
The coffee bar. This had The Lux own coffee. It was lovely. You could order coffee, hot choc, frappacino’s etc for free until 10.30am each day.
Message in a bottle each day at 11am. 3 bottles were hid around the grounds of the hotel for, mainly kids, to hunt for and inside there would be a prize. Bottle of wine, spa treatment etc etc. all good fun.
The highlight for the kids was probably the Watersports. For about 2 to 3 hours each day they had the opportunity to ski, wakeboard etc. they loved it. Both my kids learnt to ski and wakeboard.
All in all a great holiday.
Would we return …. Certainly would.
People have asked how it compares to Dubai!! You simply can’t compare the 2. One is idyllic and laid back while the other is hip, trendy and buzzing!!! Great to do the both together though!!
Hope this helps. Please don’t hesitate to come back to me for any other feedback.
Regards
Claire
Hi Lynda,
So we had an amazing time, although I can’t say that it was restful, I don’t think I have ever been on so many roller coasters. In the finish we spent 8 days in the theme parks and the remaining days shopping or chilling.
So thank you for your help and to Craig for arranging the lounge pass on the way out to Dallas.
So I feel the additional late change to the flight times flushed out a few issues for which I’m grateful. I’m still not really sure what happened when it came to re-confirm the flights though. As it happens and as Craig suggested AA gave us 4 seats together on the way out to Dallas without any prompting so that was all good.
The biggest issue was the consistency, and clarity of the documentation. The reprinted documentation was different to the original which was missing information on how to contact the taxi company to arrange the transfer back to the airport.
The welcome centre at Rolling Oaks was also open every day until midnight and we did need to register within 24hrs.
Picking up the keys the even with the instructions was a challenge as the key box wasn’t obvious to find at 1am. Ironically the instructions inside the box included a picture of the welcome centre.
I would say that a GPS is essential I would strongly recommend that you suggest that everyone get one. The caravan thing was very easy to drive but as we discussed was much larger than we needed and in reality had no more boot space than a smaller car because of the extra seats.
It might be worth mentioning the tolls which in most cases are unmanned, change only which was a challenge on the journey from the airport when we didn’t have any change.
Both the villa and the hotel were really excellent, although we probably enjoyed our time at Universal more as we are all Harry potter fans.
We had a brilliant time and your help and patience were a big bonus, I can’t imagine ever having the time to organise the trip on my own
Regards Neil
Hi Sim,
I had a lovely Birthday thank you and the hotel arranged a special treat on my birthday too. And yes – it was another super Sim..Symphony Travel first class holiday – just perfect and exactly what I needed! I’m out tomorrow but I’ll give you a call early next week.
Have a great weekend.
Best regards, Janice
Very happy bunnies! Super hotel. Lovely garden room onto sunny lawn and pool. Emirates faultless. Well done you! Andrew – Dubai
Thank you once again for all your endeavours you have always served us well and we both look forward to other future holiday arrangements with you. Regards Warren
Howdo, It was an excellent trip we are still collating photos and may pop down next week to see you. Hotels were fine and travel was simplicity itself. Not sure Sherrie has seen kids photos of Disneyland, but they had a great time, too. Best wishes Robert Bourton
Subject: Oman
Just a few notes which might be of interest re our trip to Oman……
Lovely country, full of variety
Excellent driver/guide – Suilaman
Overall old buildings have been over-restored so look like new (or 30 years old) which is a shame. Roads excellent, food good.
Extra info which would have helped: no sleeveless t-shirts, must be covered to below knees if female.
Started Muscat, Grand Mosque AMAZING
However, arrived on Friday when mostly closed, took taxis to Souk etc which was a bit of a pain as hotel a little away from centre. By the time we had the night tour of City, had seen most of it. So repetitive, maybe an earlier tour would have been useful.
Al Falaj Hotel very comfortable, staff, food & pool all really good. Also, most of the city is closed Friday/Saturday so never really saw it ‘alive’.
Day 3, moved on to Nizwa
Too much to see en route & cut a fort visit as getting tired. Amounted actors a bit of a scam. Perfume not made there, just a front for the shop which was full of items from Italy/France etc & very expensive.
Again Falaj Daris hotel good and staff, food & pool wonderful.
Day 4, moved on to Green Mountain
Jebel Akhdar Hotel probably only 1*, really run down & sad! Apparently been taken over by owners of Desert Hotel so will improve hopefully. No WiFi, pool or beer available, just wine at £50 a bottle of plonk. Dinner disgusting but breakfast better.
Sahala hotel good, opened about 3 years ago, or Alila just opened.
Day 5, moved to desert which was fascinating and swapped goats for camels!
Skipped the Bedouin camp visit adjust a tourist attraction & forced to make purchase after coffee/dates. Drove past instead. Looked at other hotels locally and both ours & Oryx looked good.
Stayed at Desert Nights Camp. Room good and food exceptional. Got beaten by the sand storm at sunset a decided against camel ride & sand boarding. Dune bashed en route to camp! Music entertainment enjoyable & great location.
Day 6, moved to Sur
Easy journey with short stops en route. Best was the Wadi Bani Khalid which was beautiful – must be covered if want to swim!
Dhow building yard not really worth visit, little to see.
Hotel Ras Al-Jinz Carapace extraordinary, food ok but WiFi not working, no pool or licence.more like student accommodation or barracks & designed with ONLY turtles in mind. Originally just for students but now open to all. HOWEVER, turtle viewing later was fantastic & would have gone again in the morning but sadly early departure made it too tight.
Day 7, back to Muscat & Al Falaj Hotel
Day 8, moved to Salalah
Great flight & pick-up/collect worked perfectly. Hilton hotel in strange location but very comfortable & great facilities & food.
2 tours arranged, the Citytour in the afternoon of arrival was a good idea as we were miles from the centre. We started at 4pm & were still going at 1945 which was ridiculous. Guide naive on people skills and bombarded us with info which we were too tired to absorb. Obviously not experienced with Western women at all & was too young to think about much apart from himself & his life. Improved a bit by following tour.
The second tour was designed to be all day, since it was our last we redesigned it to just 4 hours so we had some chill out time. Enjoyed what we saw.
Day 10, transfer to Muscat & home
Transfers excellent, plane delayed but that’s just an occupational hazard!
Overall, great location & lots to see with wonderful weather. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Would just like to thank you for the fantastic holiday you organised for us at Disneyland Resort in Paris. The hotel was first class and the Eurotunnel was a brilliant experience. We all had a wonderful time and are now looking forward to the next one.

Dear Anthony, Sim & Sherrie
Just a little note to thank you so very much for a lovely afternoon at The Four Seasons. The tour of the hotel was very interesting and the afternoon tea was delicious. It is always so interesting to meet up with fellow travellers to hear of the places they have visited. Unknown to Howard I have a few more places to visit! Once again Many thanks.
Kind regards Carole
Thank you, Thank you, when can I come again?
Everything is living up to my expectations. You didn’t tell me I would in Vancouver on Canada Day. The celebrations were great fun!
All the excursions have worked wonderfully, thought I do get funny looks travelling on my own but the guides are really looking after me. Tell you more later.
