In 1970 Sunvil took its first tentative steps into the holiday market with a few self-catering villas in Cyprus. Since then, much has changed: the company has grown to become one of the most respected and trusted small groups of tour operators in the country; together we provide holidays to many fascinating destinations throughout the world. But just as the companies in the Sunvil family have remained owner-managed for all that time, so they have stayed true to the fundamentals that inspired those first steps: a commitment to the independent holidaymaker who wants something different, is not satisfied by either the anonymous or the artificial, and who wants to experience the “real country” and its people.

Flexibility is key: we do not prescribe the sort of holiday it is possible to have, but believe it is our function to tailor-make holidays that fit the individual requirements of our customers. We eschew overblown descriptions and do not pretend that everywhere is perfect: we believe in telling it like it is.
